We build your practice its own client-getting machine. Google ads, Meta ads, local SEO, landing pages, and tracking. Live in 21 days, then we stay in your accounts for the first 30 to tune it. $2,997 once, and you own it.
We'll tell you on the call what your market looks like and whether it's a fit.
In almost every market we look at, more people are searching for a therapist than the practices in that area can take. Before we work with you we ensure that the lead flow is there, you just have to get in front of it.
The problem is that when those people search, they don't find you. They find whoever paid to be in front of them, usually BetterHelp, or Alma, or a directory that lists you beside forty other therapists and then charges you to move up. Most of those people got some version of help, just not from the practice in their own town that would have fit them better.
It's worth fixing, and not only for your sake. Someone in your city gets a therapist who actually knows their community, and you get the schedule that keeps your clinicians paid and your doors open. None of that is about being a better therapist than whoever got the client, it's about being findable at the moment they went looking.
Two different starting points. Same approach both times.
Solo practice, starting with no caseload. About a hundred sessions a month by the end.
Same approach, much bigger practice.
Thirty-three providers, three locations.
Where you practice, who you help, and how many clinicians you're trying to keep full. We look at your market before we build anything, and you see the same numbers we do. If your area can't support what you need, we'll tell you then, before you've spent anything.
Built for your practice, in your market, to get people to contact you. Google ads for the people searching tonight. Meta for the ones who don't know you exist yet. Local SEO so you're found without paying for the click. Specialty landing pages and tracking on all of it, built in your own accounts so you keep every piece.
Leads only count when they become appointments, so you get scripts and response-time targets for the front desk. Then we're in the accounts every week for the first 30 days, adjusting as the data comes in. One email a week shows spend, inquiries, consults booked, and cost per booked consult, and at day 30 we look at it together.
Not impressions on a dashboard. People in your city asking your practice for help, landing on a calendar that is filling up.
You open your laptop with your coffee and four new inquiries are sitting there. They decided overnight that they want help, and they picked you. The day starts with scheduling new clients into your caseload.
There is no hour when your practice isn't findable. Six in the morning, the middle of a workday, eleven at night after the fight. Whenever someone in your city finally goes looking, you're there. And what they find is somebody who can actually help them.
The part that actually changes isn't the calendar. It's that you stop lying awake about where next month's clients come from. Full hours are what revenue and profit are made of, and when the schedule holds on its own, you get to go home and be a person again.
Almost every piece of marketing advice aimed at therapists ends with you on camera. Post daily, use the trending audio, film something about attachment styles. We're not going to ask you to do any of that, and we should probably admit we've never really done it ourselves either. What filled our calendars was paid ads and being easy to find, not posting.
Your practice doesn't need to post three times a week. It needs to show up when somebody in your city finally goes looking, and be familiar to the ones who haven't gone looking yet.
No dancing, no green screen, no talking head about your morning routine. If you want to make content someday that's great, but it isn't part of this and it never will be.
Your Google profile, your citations, your specialty pages written to rank. That's the work that actually moves you up locally, and you're not writing blog posts that nobody reads.
The platforms change their rules constantly, and in 2025 they changed them hard on anything health related. Keeping up with that is our job, and you have enough to keep track of already.
The part you do have to do is answer the phone. The machine sends ready-to-book people to your front desk, and somebody there has to pick up fast and get back to them the same day. Our own front desk is there forty hours a week for exactly that reason, so the clinicians can show up and just be a therapist. That's what we're trying to hand you.
Whether it's your own caseload or a team of clinicians with payroll behind them, empty calendar hours are the most expensive thing in your practice.
Some practices want to expand. Some just want the feast-and-famine cycle to stop. The machine serves both: demand you own, arriving predictably.
The machine sends you ready-to-book inquiries. Your team still has to pick up fast and reply the same day. If intake is broken, we fix that first or we don't start.
If that's you, we should talk.
We market in a way that is ethical and that you feel comfortable with.
APA, ACA, NASW and AAMFT ethics codes prohibit paying for referrals, and fee splitting is illegal in some states. You pay a flat fee for advertising services, the way you pay for your office lease. Never per lead, per client, or per session.
The machine is built inside your accounts, so every inquiry lands with you, not with us. It never asks anyone for diagnoses or clinical details, and no health information is ever passed to an ad platform.
No promises about therapy results, no invented statistics, no fake urgency, no borrowed testimonials. Every campaign is written so it holds up if your board ever asks.
A lot of clinicians say marketing makes them feel like a fraud. That usually means the copy is loud. Ours is written the way a good intake call sounds: plain, warm, and honest about who you help.
You buy the machine once, and it's yours. We build it, launch it, and it's yours to keep. Buy the machine that pays for itself: at typical session rates, two clients cover the build.
Live in 21 days or your setup fee back.
Ad spend is separate. Your budget goes straight from your card to Google and Meta. We never hold it, mark it up, or take a percentage. We'll tell you what your market needs on the call.
“Client quote goes here. One specific before/after number.”
“Client quote goes here. The objection they had before signing.”
“Client quote goes here. What changed for the clinicians.”
We've added five or six providers to our own community who weren't practicing here before, and every one of them is full. That's a few hundred people a month getting care who weren't getting it, in towns where there wasn't enough of it to go around. That's the part that makes this worth doing.
Fill the calendar. More people get the help they need. Better communities are created.
We ask where you practice, what you specialize in, and how many clinicians you're trying to keep full. You ask us anything you want. We tell you what we'd build and what it would cost, and that's about it. No slides, no prep on your end, nothing to sign. If it's clearly a fit you can start right there, and if it clearly isn't we'll say so and you've spent one phone call.
Yes, and the foundation is part of the build, not an extra line item. We set up and optimize your Google Business Profile, fix your citations, add the schema search engines look for, and write your specialty pages to rank instead of just to convert. That work is yours to keep like everything else. What we don't sell is a slow monthly SEO retainer. SEO takes months to prove and we'd rather show you a booked consult in week one. When the numbers say ongoing content work is worth it, we'll tell you plainly and quote it as a one time project.
No lock-in. You'll sign a one-page agreement that says what we build, what it costs, and that you own it, and that's the whole commitment. No term, cancel anytime. $2,997 one time to build and launch the machine, and after that you own it. If you leave, the machine is yours. You can adjust, maintain, and service it independent of Therapy Leads. The ad accounts, the landing pages, the tracking. All of it. Most companies in this space lock you into 6 or 12 month contracts and keep what they built when you go. We build YOU a machine that you own. It's your machine, your leads, your growing bottom line. We can't wait to see you grow.
Because hiding it is a sales tactic, not a service. Everyone in this category makes you book a call to learn what things cost, which means the number gets set by how badly you seem to need it. Ours is $2,997, the same for a solo practice and a thirty-clinician group, and you can read it before you ever speak to us.
Paying per referral would be. That's why we don't work that way. You pay a flat fee for advertising services, the same way you pay for your office lease or your phone system. Never per lead, per client, or per session. The ethics code draws a clear line here. We built this on the right side of it.
Therapy Leads was started by the owner of the practice in the numbers above. It began as a solo cash-pay practice in 2019 with no caseload and no referral network, which is a harder sell than insurance work, and paid ads are what filled it. By 2020 it was one clinician doing about a hundred sessions a month. In 2024 that turned into a group practice of twelve providers doing about $1.2 million a year, around eight hundred sessions a month. The same approach took it to $2.5 million and thirty-three providers across three locations, now over seventeen hundred sessions a month. It was built with real payroll on the line, not in a marketing department.
Either way. Platforms can fill insurance panels, but that demand belongs to them and not to you, and the machine builds inquiry flow you own whatever your payer mix. If you're not on panels we optimize for people who are able and willing to pay cash. Most group practices end up wanting both. Panels for the baseline, your own pipeline for growth and private pay.
Therapy Leads never holds your client data. We build the machine inside your accounts, so every inquiry it produces lands with you, not with us. And the machine never asks anyone for health information: no diagnoses, no clinical details, nothing that belongs in a chart. Just enough for your team to return the call. You own the machine, and you own everything that comes through it.
Your machine is live within 21 days, usually sooner, and that's a guarantee: if it isn't live by day 21, you get your setup fee back. The only thing that pauses that clock is us waiting on you for account access or approvals. The day it turns on, people searching for a therapist in your city can find you, which is why the machine leads with search instead of SEO, and why the first inquiries usually come in the first week. How many, and how quickly they turn into booked consults, depends on your market, your ad budget, and how fast the phone gets answered. What we won't do is promise you a number before we've looked at your market. If your location can't support the math, we'll tell you before you've spent anything. We'd rather lose the sale than sell you a machine that can't run. The first 30 days after launch are the tuning period. That's when the ad platforms are learning and the machine needs the most adjusting, so we do that part with you rather than leaving it at the door. By day 30 you have a machine tuned on a month of your own market's data, inquiries coming in, and an exact number for what it costs you to get each one.
Three things, then you pick your time on the next screen. Two questions get answered on the call: what your market actually looks like, and whether this is right for your practice. If it's a no, we'll say so.
